Deck PRICING
To provide an idea on how much a new deck costs, we’re sharing photos and ranges of projects we’ve built here in the Southeast Michigan area. Every deck is custom designed and built. The total investment will range based on a multitude of factors such as how tall your deck is off the ground, the decking material, sets of stairs, railing or no railing, lights, stone, etc.
All quotes we provide are all-inclusive — they include the design, the full permit fee, working with your HOA and the building department for approvals, all materials, all labor, haul away of all debris, a final cleaning of your deck, our lifetime transferable workmanship warranty, etc.

Intimate Deck
Great size deck for a condo or smaller intimate space. About 150sf in size, Trex Enhance Basics or Trex Select decking. Installed lower to the ground. With or without railing.
Family Deck
Represents many Trex composite decks in the Southeast Michigan area. About 300-350sf in size, 3' off the ground or lower, Trex Enhance Naturals or Trex Transcend decking, with maintenance-free aluminum or composite railing. Depending on overall design and selected materials, shown investment range can include lights amongst other upgrades.
Sky's The Limit
Large decks 500+ square feet. Top of the top composite decking such as Trex Transcend, maintenance-free railing, lights, cocktail board, double tier fascia, double - or triple - picture frame, multiple sets of stairs. All the bells & whistles.
