We’ll schedule a free, no-obligation consultation at your home, where we’ll bring our full mobile showroom to you and provide a to-the-penny proposal for your consideration.
#2 Consultation
Let’s get all your questions answered. We’re obsessed with providing non-biased information on all things decks. Our free, no-obligation in-person consultation is designed to help you get the outdoor living space of your dreams. Our full-time in-house composite deck specialist will come to your home and provide to you:
- 1. Material and color selection samples
- 2. Multiple designs of your new deck all in 3D renderings
- 3. A to-the-penny price guaranteed for 30 days (no high-pressure sales tactics here!)
- 4. A clear and detailed scope of work
#3 Pre-Build
- All construction drawings and applications necessary for the building permit
- Any homeowner or condo association approvals
Starting before any shovels hit the ground, our owner Matt (734-356-3360) and our Project Coordinator will be in constant communication with you, keeping you informed every step of the way.
#4 Build
Here is where the fun begins! By now, colors and designs have been chosen, and the construction on your new deck begins! With our “no change order guarantee“, unless you request a change, we will never ask for more money after an agreement is signed. That’s our promise to you.
During build we’ll coordinate all necessary building inspections and secure those approvals. Payments are made on a job progression basis, meaning payments are due only upon major milestones being completed. The final payment is due only after our in-person final walk through and once the final building inspection has been approved. A typical deck installation takes about 1-2 weeks.
